How do I access my benefits?
You can visit our new member at
psoriasis.org/promember to log in to your membership account and access your benefits.
What happens if I forget my login?
On the
membership site, navigate to the
login page and click “Forgot My UserName/Password.” There you can enter the email address you used to sign up for your NPF Professional Membership and reset your password. Be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive an email with your temporary password.
How can I check which email I signed up with?
All automated sign-up emails and password reset emails will be sent to the email you used to sign up for NPF Professional Membership. If you do not know what email you used, you can contact membership services by emailing
professional@psoriasis.org or calling
800-723-9166 to retrieve this information.
How do I find my membership number?
Your member number is listed in your member profile. You will need this to access the
Journal of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis®.
How do I know which benefits I’ve used?
In your member profile, click “Additional Member Data” to see if you have requested branding, chosen to participate in the Speakers Bureau, or asked to update your profile in the Health Care Provider Directory. You can contact NPF to request patient education materials or take advantage of the MyStudies benefit. All other benefits are activated by NPF when you sign up or renew.
Why did NPF build a new hub for Professional Membership?
Starting June 1, 2026, NPF Professional Members can access their member benefits through a new streamlined and secure digital portal — making it easy to access content, manage benefits, and stay connected throughout the year. Members will also be able to log in and determine the status of their membership and renew by check, credit card, or other online payment.

When does my membership expire?
All current memberships expire December 31, 2027 — an initial extended membership period due to the midyear relaunch of the program. Starting in 2027, membership will run on a calendar year starting January 1 of each year.
